I found out (by accident) that classical music in the car makes my kids calm.  Who knew.

We figured out this week that playing Baby Einstein lullaby classical music in the background while changing Ethan's clothes or diapers calmes his spirit. Brian tried it the other day and was able to get through diaper changing, two books and even some cuddling time without any struggles. Amazing 'cause that NEVER EVER happenes! Ha, wish we had known this earlier!...(although I could have swore that we tried this before, but it didn't have the same affect as now). Oh yeah and closing the door so I don't have a run away baby helped, too! Anyway, I will definitely have to start trying this for his "down time" throughout the day since he's getting too heavy for me to hold him and help him take a break from his busy running around.
